Essentrics is a full body workout that uses a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to one’s posture, mobility and vitality. It focuses on rebalancing the whole body in one hour. It is gentle on the body and is a great fit for anyone, from those just getting back into working out to those that want to compliment the workouts they already do. Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a fitness mat if they have one.
